Types of shipping

We ship to Italy, Europe and on request also to other countries around the world.

We have the possibility to offer the collection service at specialized hubs or at points of sale: Chiavari, Via Tripoli 16/16043 /, Genoa, Piazza dei Giustiniani 30r / 16123 /.

Any shipments on national territory with poor access and delivery difficulties may require additional costs and must in any case be communicated to customer service as soon as possible.

 

National shipping (Italy and islands)

Standard shipping on street level or at a logistic hub simple goods:

4 € + 1 € each item

 

Standard shipping at street level or at a logistic hub normal goods:

20 €

 

Standard shipping at street level or at a logistic hub bulky goods:

50 €

 

Standard shipping at street level or at a logistic hub extra-large goods:
100 €

 

International shipping

Shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page.

 

The delivery times are communicated when the Shipping Office will have processed your order. The offices are open from 10:00 to 18:30, from Monday to Friday. Collection at the points of sale is allowed from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9.00 – 12.30 and 15.30 – 19.30, on Mondays from 15.30 to 19.30.

Logistics information

Shipments are managed directly by the company aiming to limit the Co2 emissions through limited goods transit. The different delivery methods require a) transit from the company to the recipient, hub or point of sale b) home delivery by drop-off to the company responsible for carrying out the delivery to the floor and assembly. It is always advisable to have the order number with you.

Delivery / collection for export

In the case of a request for autonomous management of the FORMA DESIGN delivery, it does not bear the delivery costs and is therefore relieved of relative responsibilities or reimbursement charges. For shipments outside the EU with billing, the sending of the material and the prepayment of VAT are required. When sending the goods, in order to proceed with the VAT refund, it is necessary to send the documentation to customer service.

Insurance

The delivery insurance is activated on request or on items with a value over € 300. The refund can be activated only in case of communication to the customer service, within the seventh day of delivery.

Guarantee

The warranty in Italy and Europe is applicable within two years of purchase and within two months of recognition of the damage. The lack of conformity may concern problems relating to: Incorrect installation, malfunction, discrepancy with respect to what is promoted or advertised. Deliveries to non-EU countries maintain the same rules in force in the country of purchase.

For used goods or articles reported as expo it is possible to limit the legal guarantee to 1 year, to all countries.
