To access the right of withdrawal and reconsideration, it is necessary to contact the company and make an explicit declaration on the contact form. The returned goods must be in a state of non-use, in addition the shipping costs will have to be incurred by the customer. Delivery to the floor and assembly are not refundable.
Once you have specified the shipping address, it will be your responsibility to: – book the collection – insert the goods in the original packaging and properly isolate – include the previous shipping note specifying the reasons for the return. FORMA DESIGN once the goods have been received and the delivery status verified, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was received. Alternatively, it is possible to request the transfer of the money on the coupon that can be spent at physical stores and at the FORMA DESIGN online shop or to make a replacement.
