To exercise this right, it is necessary to: send a written communication addressed to FORMA DESIGN Srl (via e-mail info@formadesign.it) within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the references to the order, the damaged or defective product and the details of the defect found. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.
In order to be replaced the product must be carefully sealed in its original packaging. FORMA DESIGN Srl will carry out the replacement at the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.
