The procedure to obtain the “core smoked” effect involves the introduction of the raw wood in special cells for which a darkening process is triggered through the use of ammonium salts, allowing the wood to obtain a dark grey/brown colouration. The process with ammonium salts stimulates the natural colour of the wood and therefore it will be possible to have some variations due to the more or less strong presence of tannin in the wood elements. The advantage of this treatment is that the coloring is activated throughout the thickness of the top layer and this will allow you to enjoy the warm color throughout the life of the floor, even after many years and at a time when it was intended to restore the wooden floor by means of extraordinary sanding and repainting. The oxidation process will bring the hue of the core smoked to a slight clearing with time and exposure to light.

The delivery cost for the purchased items will be calculated during the order checkout. The quantity of packages added to the weight and their volume could require cost variations. Delivery

The delivery times for our orders generally vary from 2 to 4 weeks. As soon as your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email, then within 2-4 working days, the delivery code for tracking the goods will be delivered to the same address. Where provided, in the checkout screen you will have the option to request delivery to the floor, assembly and collection on site. The following terms specify our delivery methods:

Standard: delivery of the conveyor to the street level.
On the floor: delivery of the transporter at the entrance of your home.
On the floor with assembly: delivery and preparation of the selected products where requested by you.
On-site collection: collection of the goods at our stores that you can view here.

Returns

Any non-personalized item in our catalog can be returned upon notice within 14 days of delivery.
