Shipping

The delivery cost for the purchased items will be calculated during the order checkout. The quantity of packages added to the weight and their volume could require cost variations. For orders over 10 packages and / or € 15,000.00 ad hoc discounts may be provided: for any questions or clarifications please contact us at this link.

Delivery

The delivery times for our orders generally vary from 2 to 4 weeks. As soon as your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email, then within 2-4 working days, the delivery code for tracking the goods will be delivered to the same address. Where provided, in the checkout screen you will have the option to request delivery to the floor, assembly and collection on site. The following terms specify our delivery methods:

Standard: delivery of the conveyor to the street level.
On the floor: delivery of the transporter at the entrance of your home.
On the floor with assembly: delivery and preparation of the selected products where requested by you.
On-site collection: collection of the goods at our stores that you can view here.

Returns

Any non-personalized item in our catalog can be returned upon notice within 14 days of delivery. You can return the purchased item by communicating your intention to the addresses listed on the page: Returns.
