The Data Controller, pursuant to and for the purposes of the Regulation, announces that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and that this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. and fundamental rights.
In relation to the use of the Site, the following types of Users are distinguished:
Simple Users can access some services (e.g. product search) anonymously, while for other services (such as receiving updates automatically) it is necessary to register.
Professional Users, after signing a Service Contract, have access to certain services intended for them.
The personal data provided by Users through the use of the site will be processed with their consent, for the purposes described below:
- 1. Provision of the service for Simple Users:
1.1 - In order to provide some services such as the automatic receipt of information on new advertisements, the User must register through the Site. The data required for registration is limited to the provision of:

1.2 - By filling in the information request form, the User can provide additional personal data by way of additional information (eg name, surname, email, municipality and province) that will be collected by the Data Controller if provided. - 2. Provision of Advertiser Contact and Search Forwarding services:
• In order for Advertisers to provide the User with the information they request relating to the items offered, the Advertiser Contact service allows the User to forward their personal data to furniture retailers, other companies and professionals who publish product advertisements.
• In order to facilitate Users in their product search, the Information Request service allows the searches made by the User to be forwarded to third parties. - 3. Information, promotional and profiling activities:
• In order to allow the User to obtain information on new products available, the User can subscribe to the e-mail marketing service.
• You can unsubscribe from the aforementioned communications at any time via the email received.
• The Data Controller will thus be able to carry out analysis activities of the Users' choices, also in order to be able to send them updates on the products available. - 4. Provision of the service for Professional Users:
4.1 - In order to allow professional operators to qualify, after signing a Services Contract with the Owner, as Professional Users, it is necessary that the operator provides the personal data indicated below, to be contacted in order to know the services dedicated to professionals:
• Name
• Surname
• Business Name
• Municipality
• E-Mail address
• Telephone number
4.2 - The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes finds its legal basis in art. 6 (1) b. GDPR, i.e. The interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes.
4.3 - The provision of data for the purposes indicated is optional but any refusal by the User will make it impossible for the Data Controller to follow up on requests or provide the services offered on the shop.formadesign.it website.
The Data Controller ensures that personal data are processed in full compliance with the Regulation, using manual, IT or telematic systems.
The data collected and processed will be protected with physical and logical methods such as to minimize the risks of unauthorized access, dissemination, loss and destruction of data, pursuant to art. 25 and 32 of the Regulation.
The data processing will last no longer than necessary to satisfy the purposes for which they were collected, such as the storage of search criteria, notification, publication of advertisements and contact with professional operators.
Pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 of the Regulations, the interested party has the right to obtain the revocation of the consent to the processing at any time.
The personal data collected may be processed by subjects or categories of subjects acting as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation or who are authorized to process data pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation.
Furthermore, for some services, the data may be disclosed to companies that collaborate or use the services of the Data Controller (for example, individual proposers for product information), with the sole intention of providing the services requested by the User. In these cases the companies are autonomous owners, therefore the Owner is not responsible for the data processing by them. Furthermore, the Data Controller is not responsible for the contents and compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data by sites not managed by the Data Controller.
Personal data collected through the Site may be transferred outside the national territory, in order to request or provide services processed through the site and in compliance with the specific provisions of the Regulations.
The computer systems and technical procedures and software underlying the functioning of the Site and acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the functioning of the page. Every time the User connects to the Site and App and every time he calls up or requests content, the access data is stored in the form of tabular or linear data files.
This category of data includes, for example, IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, the request by the User’s browser, in the form of addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier ), the date and time of the request to the server, the method used to submit the request to the server, the amount of data transmitted, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment of the User. These data may be used by the Data Controller for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site in order to identify the preferred pages by Users and therefore provide increasingly adequate content and to check its correct functioning.
At the request of the Authority, the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or its Users.
Cookies are intended to speed up the analysis of Internet traffic, facilitate Users access to the services offered by the Site and provide useful and relevant advertising to visitors to this and other sites.
With the use of cookies, no personal data is transmitted or acquired and no user tracking systems are used. The information relating to the proposals entered on the Site will be visible in the searches carried out in the internal search engine and could be made available to third party search engines as the Site allows the indexing of its contents by third party engines. In the event that the page relating to the advertisement has already been removed from the Site, it is possible that the cached copy remains among the search results for a few days. The search results are not managed by the Site, but the user can report the removal of the page and request the update of the cached copy directly to the search engine itself.
Pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of the European Union Regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the User, as an interested party, has the right to exercise specific rights relating to his Personal Data. In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain:
- confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, with simple and clear language;
- the indication:
- the origin of personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of treatment;
- the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by third parties;
- any recipients or any categories of recipients of the personal data;
- the possible intention of the owner to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization;

- the logic applied, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject, in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools as part of an automatic collection and/or profiling process;
- the identification details of the Data Controller, of the Managers, of any designated Representative and of the Data Protection Officer;
- the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents;
- the ability to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
