The futuristic multifunction digital system for the kitchen Vita Gessi™ won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2023, since 1954 one of the largest and most renowned design competitions in the world, in the Product/Kitchen Design category. It is one of 2,104 award-winning outstanding products and projects, selected out of nearly 11,000 entries from 56 countries by a panel of 133 independent, international, and diverse design experts in a two-stage judging process.

The reasoning of the jury:“With an innovative multifunctional configuration and refined ergonomics, Vita Gessi was created to produce filtered water at room temperature, cold, sparkling or hot (100°) on request. It allows for different levels of customization, perfect for home or office use. It allows intuitive and direct control of various functions, thanks to the monitor integrated in the mixer. Furthermore, it allows the independent installation of two separate units, for hot and cold water. Both design and functionality are patented. It is the first kitchen mixer with an innovative and easy-to-use digital interface” .

A GESSI representation attended the 69th edition of the iF DESIGN AWARD NIGHT, the design gala, which was held on Monday 15 May 2023 in the legendary Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin, in the presence of 1,500 guests from 42 countries.

Vita Gessi™ has obtained well-deserved recognition by virtue of its qualities: with a unique and captivating design, Vita Gessi™ is the first multifunctional kitchen system with an innovative digital interface and refined ergonomics in order to make the user experience highly usable. In line with the GESSI WELLNESS for NATURE green philosophy, Vita Gessi™ contributes to the reduction of the use of plastic and to saving water and energy, with particular attention also to the life cycle of the product through the sustainable management of the consumables that allow it to function .

With built-in technological components with digital function, which can also be operated via the App and with voice control, it supplies still and sparkling, cold, hot and boiling filtered water, with different levels of customization and with the possibility of memorizing up to 24 presets, from the cup of tea, bottle, water bottle.
